I have a cell phone that is unlocked and I switch my SIM card between Rogers (in Canada) and Digicel(in Aruba).

Now if you are with Rogers in Canada you can use it around the world.

For instance:- per minute.
Aruba:- $3.50 to phone home, $3.50 incoming, $2.50 local calls.
USA:- $1.70 to phone home, $1.20 incoming, $0.95 local calls.

Seeing that we use our cell phone a lot in Aruba I will continue to switch the SIM card to Digicel.
