International Calling Cards
I have a family member in need of a calling card capable of Aruba to Bulgaria. Anyone have any idea of a place which would sell them?
Figure somewhere near the cruise terminal for sure with ship crew members phoning home on cruise stops. Checked arubabycruise.com did not see anything there.

It is not really a question of which card you buy; just important to have enough credit on it, since European calls are rather expensive. I use the cards from Setar when calling to Norway. For USD 10 I can normally talk around 10 minutes. As long as you dial 00 before entering the country prefix followed by the phone number, any card should work

Thanks, through our local consumer reporter (so I know it is legit) I found http://www.pingo.com/ 4.7 cents a minute.
FWIW, you can buy 200 minutes Aruba to the Netherland for $5 usd.
