The island is slow
Hey everyone I arrived back from Aruba a while ago. I've had a lot of things going on to where I couldnt really get on the board much. I would just like to inform everyone that the island was super slow after the second of January. The flights down there lately havent been full even. When I went down on the 30th there were even seats available on the plane. Normally this never happens because its extremely busy. I am thinking about flying interline again and I wouldnt dare to for a while there. The flights are so open its sad! I look for them in the next year to drop even more flights. The economy isnt changing anytime soon. Eventually when it does though, they will add flights again! The majority of the visitors right now on the island are from Venezuala.

We left the Island on the 5th of January and the flight to Philly was packed.
We went out on the 4th and the bars and casino's were hopping. Just booked our flights

I left back to the states on the 6th and the flight wasnt full. Sometimes online it shows a lot less seats full then what are really booked. Even talking to agents on the phone you can hear one thing from one person and something totally different from another.

Record number of cruise ships. Some days feel busier than others because of
the 'cruisers'. But I think the increase in the number of restaurants is making it easier to just go to a place w/o reservations. The only restaurant that you always need reservations for is the Wacky Wahoo. At least that's the only one that comes to mind. It's totally worth it tho!
