TWO WEEKS AGO I EMAILED A CAR RESERVATION TO JANSEN CAR RENTAL. AFTER A WEEK OF NO CONFIRMATION, I SNET ANOTHER, TO SEE IF THEY RECEIVED IT. STILL NOTHING. THREE DAYS AGO I SENT ANOTHER ONE, AND STILL NO ANSWER. DOES ANONE KNOW IF THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS?

I've always dealt with Jansen via their website and have never had a problem. I would personally recommend Jansen because my experiences with them over the years have been excellent. Last year a friend of ours left the lights on in our Jansen rental which drained the battery. Within a half hour, Leo and his son showed up at the Marriott Ocean Club with a replacement car...no charge! When I tried to pay them they would not take any money and said "You're on vacation...things happen".

Great people...and great service.
