will meet the new owner at JFK, relinquish the paperwork, kiss the dog on the head and say adios! ;-)

i just found out it is NOT going under your seat.
it is going as cargo.
it is a 50 lb dog

the passenger must be there to check it in and then the passenger meets the owner at the cargo pick up area at jfk and hands over the paperwork to the owner so that person can retrieve the dog.
