This was posted not to scare anyone. Just to make people aware of their surroundings.
I'd like to put up a few no trespassing signs so those sharks know to stay on their side of the island.

Ed, I feel like you--too old and tuff. LOL Still, they can have their territory, and I will just be an on-looker LOL
You know you have a much better chance of getting into a car accident, or
of being hit by lightning, than of being attacked by a shark! You're in Aruba,
relax and enjoy all that the island has to offer, and don't worry about sharks!
On a personal note, I feel bad for the shark, because you can't eat a tiger
shark, it was killed for no good reason. Better to let it live, too many sharks
are being killed.
I'll be in Aruba for 10 days in a couple of weeks, and my entire family and I
will be swimming all up and down Palm Beach, not worrying about any sharks,
that's for sure!
wherever you find oceans you can be certain that there are sharks.
the fisherman in aruba always bring them in and show them off if they catch a big one.
imo, if they are not to be sold as food, why kill them?
there have always been sharks, there always will be sharks and they are never usually an issue in aruba.
discosure.....do not rub yourself down with chum and hang out in the ocean over on the rough side, because then "it will be an issue".
PROMANO, who told you you can not eat the tiger shark. I am .... years and i never hear off a shark bite in Aruba.
You can go on www.arubarestaurants.com and you look for the MAINCOURSE and you have to look for this word KERI KERI and you can see that is prepare from shark, once you try it you will love it, delicious.
