    just booked next trip!

Just finished booking hotels and airline for late September. First thing I did was update my signature with a new countdown. We're doing 7 nights at the Renaissance Marina and 4 nites at Buffam's B&B. Some things we are really looking forward to:

    Ren private island
    MJs dinner
    Aruba Bob snorkel trip
    Fresh fish at Zeerover
    Balashi on the beach
Sunset on the beach with wine, gouda cheese, and a granny smith
Homemade breakfast with Rick and Sherrie by Buffam's pool
Tomato soup for lunch at Tulips
    Tapas at Salt n Pepper
If you put some html here, you could create a countdown ticker, but we don't care, we're going in May 2018! Yay!

Andrea, Club Arias looked very nice. We were there to meet Kent before our snorkel trip and then used their outdoor showers. We may stay there in the future.

Bluesky, Zeerover is a great local restaurant in Saveneta that serves the freshest fish.

Oops, I meant to post this thread in "Aruba General", not "My Aruba Story", but couldn't figure out how to move it. Can't wait for this trip.

I enjoy the bar at Salt and Pepper as the staff is really friendly and they are always ready to give you tips on places to go. The tapas are perfect when you either don't know what you are in the mood for or just want something light. Plus some days it's just nice to get someplace with a little ac. Since most people want to be outside the bar tends to be quieter.
