Just Booked Today for Sept. 23rd
We just booked today for our 7th visit to Aruba. Can't wait!!! We haven't been in just over a year and I have withdrawal. We went to Curacao in April (mainly because my hubby dives), but Aruba is in my sole. Today my boss asked why I would go back there when I've been before. I guess you just have to understand Aruba to understand the need to get back there as soon as possible. The countdown begins... (now how many pairs of shoes shall I take???)

There is nothing better than the antisipation of an aruba trip. My wife and I call it the Aruba high. You cant wait to get there, your all mellow while there and you have a complete mental crash when you go home.

Have a great time(Like Ihave to say that).

cherry - there is a get together Bulletin Board party evey Monday at the Amsterdam Manor from 5-6 pm. Try to make it.

3 weeks in Aruba Dec. 16, '08 - Jan. 9, '09

Hi Cherry,

Congrats on your booking. We too are headed there on 9-22 for our first time to Aruba. We are SOOO excited.

Liz...what is the link to the get togethers at the Amerstam Manor?

There is no link for the BB party. Just show up at the Amsterdam Manor beach bar (not the pool bar) Monday nights at 5 pm. The get-to-gether's are till 6 pm. I won't be at the one on 9/24 as I arrive the next day. I will be at the Oct 1 party.

3 weeks in Aruba Dec. 16, '08 - Jan. 9, '09

You are absolutely correct, Bill. My wife and I will arrive the 23rd fr our second trip to Aruba and she wants me to put in for vacation from work for next year already!

Folks -

Even if you are new to the boards don't hesitate to go to the BB party on Mondays at the beach bar. Just announce to the bartenders that you're there for the party.
