Re: Kukoo Kunuku

All I can say is this , it was the most fun we had on our trip to Aruba. Bar hopping , dancing , with a fun bunch of people. I would definately do it again when I get back.

$55.00 per person, champagne sunset toast, 5 stops for dancing & drinking, dinner included, party on bus (sometimes 2 or 3 busses hook up), one free drink at each stop, you pay the rest. 6 to midnight. ends at Carlos and charlies and you can take the bus back to resort (where they pick you up too) or tell the driver you will find your own taxi back later and stay out).

Good Day!
Bood this event!! Hubby and I have been on this bus tour 2 times and plan to go on it again this year. What is does is go bar hopping to 3 places, you get a drink at each place and you dance or sing the night away. If you choose to stay at one bar, you just tell your bus driver that you will return to your resort by taxi. Again, BOOK IT!! Enjoy!

Re: Kukoo Kunuku

Sharon,

I went to Aruba this past January and the Kuku Kunuku was the most fun that I had while I was there. It is an open air bus that picks you up at your hotel and takes you to a group of local "hot spots" throughout the night. The first stop is at a beach where everyone gets out and has a champagne toast and takes pictures, etc. After that you head to a local watering hole for a couple of drinks. From there you head to the governor's mansion where you have dinner. After dinner you go to three more bars ending the night at Carlos N' Charlie's around midnight. The first drink at each bar is included and you can also bring your own alcohol to drink on the bus. If you don't drink or don't like to be around loud music, dancing, games, etc. then I would NOT suggest going on the Kuku Kunuku. However, if you do enjoy these activities then you will have the time of your life. We went with a group of 29 people in their mid-twenties and had a blast. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Re: Kukoo Kunuku

It is a blast. If you enjoy drinking and dancing and just having fun then do it. I went on it 2 years ago with 8 of my cousins. Needless to say we are still talking about it. Me the non big drinker in the group ended up dancing on the bar with the driver. A good time was had by all.

Re: Kukoo Kunuku

Kukoo kunuku is probably gonna be the best thing you will do on the island. It's so much fun. They pick you up at the hotel then you go for a sunset champagne toast, then to a beautiful dinner and then to 3 or 4 local bars. You will get one free drink at every bar you go to and also at dinner. You will meet a lot of people of all ages. The brochures say if you call the company directly, you will get a discount. That's probably because if you book through the hotel, they have to pay commission, but if you book directly, you get a discount?

Re: Kukoo Kunuku

They don't always end at Carlos and Charlies. I've been 4 times and only once did we go there. I prefer not to. the other places are better. It really is the best time.
