    Angry La Cabana WiFi

So, we just arrived in Aruba on Saturday October 26th.

La Cabana now has their own WiFi in place of the Setar WiFi Aruba. However, in some spots, you can still get the Setar.

Pricing structure for La Cabana WiFi is as follows:

    • 1 Hour - $10
    • 1 Day - $12
    • 3 Days - $30
    • 5 Days - $56
    • 7 Days - $70

They also have 24 hour WiFi for $0 but it is slower than a dial up modem (if you know what those are).

Just giving you this info in case you need it.

Does the Wi-Fi work in your unit? Also, can you use two devices at the same time on your account?
    Thanks

We had no issues with the free wifi at the pool. You couldn't use it to stream video, but posting pics to Facebook, or checking in here was fine. Did you look into the Mio?

The La Cabana WiFi works perfect within the units and around the property. It is only for 1 device, which is stupid.

I just paid for the day. It has you create a username and password for the wireless and you pay with a credit card. You can't bill it to your room.

Do you know if the SETAR paid hot spot is still working at La Cabana?

I'm actually on the Setar WiFi Aruba right now. The La Cabana WiFi is not working again. I called guest services and the La Cabana employee said that it is down and that "our WiFi sucks". Imagine that.

Now, I'm going to try and get a refund for the wireless. Wish me luck.

I guess I will get the SETAR wireless for $35 a week like I always do. For $70 a week it should work flawless.
    Thanks
