Another day in paradise....

Is it me or are crowds on the island down from past two years? This is our third June at Surf Club. Downtown and highrise area appears to be much less crowded than last year.

Don't get me wrong.... it is great!

Off to snorkel. Have a great day!

Besides a poor economy the only other thing I can think of is that schools in the northeast may be going further into the month of June this year.

My niece was supposed to have graduated high school in Jersey on the 14th and with all of the snow days the date was pushed back to June 24.

We were there the last week of May, and first week of June and I noticed that too. We stay at the Occidental (high rise area) and the pool was very busy there, but not a lot of people on the beach. We left Aruba on a Saturday, normally that is very busy at the airport, but when we went through it wasn't. I just wonder if it isn't due to the economy too.

We had some flood days that closed the schools in Jersey also.

Crowded or not, I just can't wait to GET there!

keep your fingers crossed for me. there are 42 open seats and 10 days left for 42 people to book them. there are only 3 standby passangers listed and we are the three :-)

Are you trying to hop on an earlier flight? 42 seats sounds pretty promising!

I am flying in that Sunday on Continental out of EWR.
