Last night (dec 30) Lings put on their "fantabulous" fireworks show.

We've seen the show a few times and it is a great display.

Wow, amazing! I have always wanted to be in Aruba for New Year's. Looks so fun & festive!

Everyone should experience this at least once in a lifetime!

If you are "friends" with the Aruba Tourism Authority on Facebook, they are posting photos of today's Pagara's -- AWESOME

and LOUD

We're here right now and having so much fun with all of the fireworks, parties, etc. This is definitely a different Aruba vacation for us. And now we're thinking we might want to do this every year. We're staying in a house with another couple and it's fun being in a neighborhood.

Ling's fireworks were great, firecrackers have been going off all around us for the past few days now (I think my hearing is gone - LOL!), and the fireworks last night at Amsterdam Manor and LaCabana were fun as well.

Had a great dinner party at Amsterdam Manor for NYE then went to the parties at Amadeus and Capri to see friends on the island. Ran into Mark (from Buster's) and his wife at Amadeus, too....it was a long day/night. Got home around 3:30am. Moving very slow today but at least there were no hangovers. I did, however, have to stop at a hotel mini-mart today for some needed TUMS. LOL!

The Ling fireworks were great this year - even if they started a little late! They do need to have someone directing traffice down there though - what a mess once the show is over!
