Thanks Jacki! The sushi looked delicious. I'm looking forward to trying some lionfish in a couple of weeks.

I was in Aruba July and Aug and I just got back from another fast trip. My daughter spent the whole month of July with me in Aruba and she now says that lionfish is her favorite. We took about 120 lionfish out of the water.

    Hi Kent:

A question...OMG; I recognize that they were(?) a menace; but, 120 Lionfish out of the the wate...delicious or not; are they increasing rather than decreasing?

These guys are my heroes If you are concerned about the Lionfish problem, the first part of the video is a bit difficult to watch, but it is worthwhile when you see the outcome.

Just had lionfish for the first time on this last trip at Screaming Eagle. Absolutely delicious! Wahoo is still my favorite but Lionfish is not far behind. It's a nice, flaky whitefish with a mild flavor.

I brought a lot of lionfish fillets home from Aruba so we are eating lionfish twice a week. Not bad for free fish!!! The hunting part is the most exciting. Then if you can clean them all without getting stuck!!!
