    it's good peg.
    have you ever tried "monkfish?"
    imo, it tastes just like monkfish.

    (we used to get our monkfish at shaws or hannaford...was always a special order from the fish dept)

    if fileted well, no bones.
    i have a thing about fish bones. it makes me "sick", the equivalent of finding a hair in my food. meal ruined, i'd be done!

    Andrea, I am the same way! I could be sick just thinking of a bone! I rather have a hair! LOL When I was little my grandfather used to catch Hawnpout and fry it and I loved it! Talk about bones!!!!!!

    I had lion fish at Screaming Eagle - it was excellent and no bones.
