Liquor importation

Hi: I am visiting Aruba for the second time after a two year hiatus. I seem to remember liquor prices in the Aruba stores were fairly dear. I have two question areas:
Does anyone know the current price for scotch liquor and for gin (love those gin and tonics)? Scotch brands desired would be Cutty, JB or Dewars; Gin is Bombay.
Does anyone know how much liquor can be brought into Aruba from the US?

One free liter per person 16 yrs or older.....beyond that $11 per liter. At least that what it was on 4/10/2009.
