No, the call center is not in the high rise area. By car its 5 mins. away. There is a call center opposite Playa Linda at Hacienda mall but they charge $1.00 minute. It might be worth it to rent a phone. I own my own Aruban cell but when I use to rent, I used the company Aruba Fast Phones. They have a kioski in the lobby of the arrivals terminal.
