5 years ago we stayed at Divi Golf Villas for our last 3 nights. When we got home I could not find my camera. I almost always put it in the carry on. I emailed them but they did not find the camera. I was so mad at myself because we had taken a lot of pictures of things we had not seen before. A year later we were packing for another trip to Aruba and I got out the mesh bag with the snorkel equipment because I always wash and clean it again before we go. As I was taking out one of the masks there was my camera. I have no clue how it got in that bag.

he then has the gaul to ask.........can u take me to the eye place so i can get new glasses and contacts?
what i said to him is not able to be posted on this forum.

so, for the remainder of the vacation, he was visually impaired and paul and i did not give one rat's behind.

fast forward to 2015..........he is an almost 30 yr old nuclear engineer, wife, son, house, mortgage..........very responsible.
    go figure
I found a pair of prescription glasses at Costa Linda but that was under a palapa on the beach and quite a few years ago.

For a couple of years, we had little remote control beepers on our luggage so we could find them. One time, I left the remote in our Aruba timeshare on the shelf where the bedroom TV was. A year later, it was still there.

Amy... I'm so glad you found my $40 bucks. I'll let you buy me a few rounds the next time we cross paths in Aruba!!!

Mike did lose his favorite cap one year while on the Tranquilo (wind took it right off his head. LOL!) But we did find something that someone else had lost.....we were walking between Amsterdam Manor and LaCabana to meet friends for happy hour and as we looked down at the curb to cross the street there were two $20 bills on the ground. We looked around for a possible owner but not a sole in sight on the street. Happy hour was cheap that afternoon.

OMG! Those are a girl's treasures!

The cleaning lady would have found them. It was known to the Hyatt who had stayed in that room. It would have been nice if they had informed your wife that they had found and secured her belongings.

ETA: The Hyatt in San Fransisco has a "Lost and Found Service". Didn't see one for Aruba:
