LOW SEASON??

Can someone tell me why Aruba is considered "low-season" in June? Is it the weather??? or what? Any info! Thanks!

Re: LOW SEASON??

I love my home in the summer too but still go to Aruba in June. It's the only place I can hide from everything and everyone! Love it that time of year as it's so quiet. I live in an area that is full of summer crowds, it's nice to get away from them too.

Re: LOW SEASON??

Season depends on the weather in the Eastern USA. When its cold & snow people go South in droves, this "droves" up the prices -- ergo high season.

Re: LOW SEASON??

I found that the crowd is much difrerent in June & July, many more honeymooners than older or retired couples and families.

Re: LOW SEASON??

We went in June last year, and so it will be again this yera. We're there the 1st two weeks of June. I can't comment on the crowds during high season, 'cause I've never been then. But we had no problem with crowds, other than down town traffic. Although I agree with those of you who like to get out of the frozen northeast for your vacation, I think I'd lose my mind if I had to leave Aruba and go back to it !! This way, the summer is just beginning at home when I'm having my withdrawals.
