Re: Manchebo Resort?

I love, love Manchebo. I got married there in October and spent the first week of my honeymoon there as well. It is so intimate and relaxing, total paradise. I've stayed in a few places on Aruba, I have a timeshare at LaCabana but Manchebo has become my favorite. It's like being in the country, there are fruit trees every few feet all over the property. Birds and iguanas are plentiful. The beach is gorgeous, although the water was very rough back in October. The pool is just a rectangle, nothing to write home about but never crowded. The spa is THE MOST TRANQUIL place I have ever got a massage. Even if you're not into massages you should walk through it just to see how amazing it is. Rooms are very basic but VERY CLEAN with excellent air conditioning. Service is very personal, the front desk knows everyone by first name and you get a newspaper with your breakfast every morning. Did you book direct with Manchebo? if so get an Aruba Plus Card, breakfast will be free every day!! Sorry for the long story, I just LOVE MANCHEBO!

Re: Manchebo Resort?

Chris, I am going to Manchebo. Can you tell me more about the spa. Do they have spa packages or specials. I also would like to know about the price list. Hoping to go there often. Any information will be helpful.

They are so reasonable you will be there very often! Their website has a pricelist for all treatments and packages -

www.spadelsol.com

You will absolutely love it!

Re: Manchebo Resort?

I'm sure you will "love" Manchebo- we have a time-share next door at Aruba Bech CLub-we have breakfast at Manchebo- lunches and love the French Steak House there. The beach is not crowded and very relaxing...it's a laid-back fun spot with one of the BEST beaches in Aruba...you made a good choice.
