Mangel Halto improvements
There have been a bunch of public works projects under way lately in Aruba. At Mangel Halto they have begun installing new palapa huts and building a stone wall along the bluff. Photos are on my blog. Check with Kent about the snorkeling.

PS: Hope to get to Baby Beach for some snaps of the works going on down there. Soon.
