I am going to book my trip on orbitz. Does anyone know how they can book The Marriot Ocean club or Surf club considering these hotels are timeshares.

My parents own Mariott Timeshare and I believe you either have to rent it from a timeshare owner, or call Mariott directly to see what is available.

La Cabana is a time share that I use through Interval, but in November I booked La Cabana and airfare through expedia for $600! I believe they rent out their excess rooms which is good for them because then they can try and sell you a timeshare!!!

I think that you can book thru the Marriott website.

We booked the Marriott Renaissance on Priceline for half off the price. The exact same room was half off after going to Marriott's website and getting a quote there.

Just wanted to share that with others. We needed a place to stay for just a couple of days til we move to another location.

It should default to the condo if available.
