Marriott Surf Club; POOL? HUT?

Leaving for another visit to Aruba in May; Did they ever finish the pool & any tips on this place? Is it easy to get a Hut! Thanks!

Re: Marriott Surf Club; POOL? HUT?

Douglas,
the pool is awesome! We just keep going around and around and around the lazy river all day. The slide is a little tame for myself (a 35 year old kid). Construction on the 3rd building is a little loud on the one side of the pool. But this is the best pool around. Nice and big so its not crowded.

Re: Marriott Surf Club; POOL? HUT?

So the lazy river is finsihed? When I was there in October, only half the pool on the Surf Club side was open. So, the lazy river is nice? Can you describe the huts for me in some more detail? Are they kind of like cabanas? Also, when I was there it looked like the 3rd building was almost complete. Does it look like it may be finshed by March and if not, is there still lots of noise or is it mainly interior work being done?
