Re: Meal Plan at La Cabana

OK Natasha,

The tribe has once again spoken. If I may weigh in also- we ate at the pizza shack by the pool at LC for 2 days, for lunch it was great!Perfect for us w/ kids as they really didn't want to stop swimming and this was quick and convenient. Last day ate in the "poolside" pavillion, it took FOREVER and was LOUSY.
Not a good experience. Never gave the Captains Table a chance, we wanted to get "off property" and really enjoy some unique island atmosphere. Capts Table felt like I was eating in a mall somewhere

LC is an OK even a "good" place to stay but everyone here speaks the truth. There are way too many very good places to eat. Enjoy!

By the way drinks beer and the like are EXPENSIVE!!!! Buy some bottles (if that what you drink) @ duty free or hit the markets for beer.

Lastly watch out for Mr. Sonny Burns you'll know him when you see him. He ruins many vacations so be careful.

Re: Meal Plan at La Cabana

You are limited. There are great places to eat, other then LaCabana. { not saying their food is bad it is great, & their breakfast buffet is also great} But lere are other places also , Madame Janette's, Bella Luna, the Paddock,{good buffet and ribs} also Tony Roma's. Just ask around. Have fun Aruba is the best place is the world for us. We will be there Sept 15- Sept23 at LACABANA.
