Micro-SIMs at the airport? (for iPhone)

Does anyone know if the cell phone rental places at the airport traditionally stock micro-SIMs (for iPhones), or do they have to be purchased at a store?

    Thanks,
    John

As of June 2012 they did not have Micro (iphone 4s) or nano (iphone 5) at the airport. You had to go to the store inland to get those cards. I brought a $2 sim card cutter with me and was able to convert a regular to a micro and then again to a nano when I got an iphone 5. Things may have changed by now - you would think they would keep them in stock at AUA being how popular iPhones are.

Actually, the requests for the mini or nano cards is not much. This seems to be something that is specific to those folks that
#1 have a phone with those cards
#2 want to use their phones on the beaches or close to the pool
#3 are expecting to stay in touch with their DATA stream 24/7
While cutting can work, I recommend going into town and getting the right thing at the proper place. Save it for future use on the island or sell it when done.

at the airport, the 2 kiosks...digicel and setar both have sim cards.
the digicel storeis across the street from Queen Wilhemena Park downtown.
another digicel is near the harley store up across from the old bushiri resort.

there is a setar store perpendicular to the hyatt , and it is next door to the brickel bay hotel.

Why would one need a sim card of any kind? I have been going down there for a number of years with my IPhone, and never needed anything special, other than updating the software before leaving the states.

ROAMING charges are a killer. haven't you had a killer bill when you returned home?
do you use the iphone on aruba?
if you have an iphone with a removable SIM, you'd swap it out to a setar or digicel sim so you could use your phone without incurring roaming charges.

    OK, i understand.
I just turn off data roaming. I get free WIFI at the Marriott and it actually works not only in the hotel itself, but also in many areas of the beach.
I dont make that many phone calls from Aruba to the states. Maybe just a few, my bill doesnt run that high.
Might try google voice this time though.

When we were there in Jan the Digicel kiosk at the airport had both the micro and nano SIM cards. I had purchased a card cutter before we went but ended up not needing it.
