    the one downtown:

    go thru the downtown to the roundabout at surfside
    go around 3/4 of the way and then head straight
    Mio store up less then a half mile on left.

    They are located at Caya G.F. Betico Croes 168 - if you are walking, go out the back of Renaissance Mall and walk down the back set of trolley tracks toward Talk of the Town (where the tracks end) you will then be on their street - they are 4 or 5 blocks down on the corner on the right - maybe ~15 minute walk

    Yes, pass the Renaissance. The roundabout is where Talk of the Town is on the left. On the right is where Reflextion's (formerly Nikky Beach) and Barefoot Restaurant are located.

    Is the mio better than hotel free wifi.

    in many cases yes.
    ex: the free wifi at lacabana is spotty/intermittent.
