Mobile APN settings Android phone

Hello everybody,
Last week we arrived on Aruba to stay for à couple of years. We took our smartphones with us from Holland, HTC Desire HD. Now i got myself a postpaid simcard including mobile internet. Now here is my problem, I can call and receive calls but I can not get the mobile internet to work. Went to Setar shop and they gave me the APN settings,but still no luck. It keeps telling me the APN settings are incorrect. This is what I use:
Name: Setarinternet
APN: internet.setar.aw
Server: 0.0.0.0
APN type: default

Any suggestions?
