A good story to share.

Last year about this time my wife and I were vacatioing in Aruba. Into our third day I came down with strep throat. For three days I couldn't do a thing, I felt miserable. More than anything I felt for my wife who went out to eat by herself one night and sat on the beach those three days without me.
Finally on the seventh day I started to feel better, thanks to the emergency supply of anti-biotics we bring. Though I was still feeling weak and not doing the things we love to do.
We were there for 12 days. On the 8th day we went into town and after some shopping my wife continued on while I went to the Crystal Casino to while away the additional hours my wife needed to shop (this is the protocol every year).
I am not a big time gambler and only play the slots, pennies to be exact.
If I am up on the machine I start to play the max-bet. Really the only way you can win any descent money. After putting $60 into a machine and playing max-bet the machine hit for $6000.00. Bells and whistles everywhere. That's alot of pennies my friends. After getting my picture taken with the manager and receiving the check, my wife happen to show up. You should have seen the look on her face when I showed her the check.

Skip forward to the 10th day. We went into town again for lunch and last minute shopping. I got bored and decided to try my luck again at the Crystal Casino. I planted myself at a penny machine. About $100 in I hit for $3800.00.
Can you beleive it?

The same manager was there the first time I hit. I think they were getting a bit tired of me.

The moral of the story: I'm not sure but no matter what, Aruba always has a way of making you feel better.
