My proof that Aruba must be good for one's health...

I don't know if I have ever made this observation here before, but my fingernails grow at an alarmingly fast rate when I visit Aruba. Does that sound weird? I came here with the freshly trimmed nails and as I approach the end of my week, they're claws!

Has anyone else ever noticed this?

I always think my hair grows faster, but maybe itís the wind stretching it!

Not sure about the nails, but it definitely makes me want to walk and swim and be more active overall. So I'm pretty sure you're right, Aruba is definitely good for one's health.

Rpumpire you think that your nails grow faster, i wonder if there is some documentations about being outdoors and or in the sun that correlates to nail growth?
