Last year they were constructing the framework to a building near the cruise ships dock. Is this building finished and if so what type of building is it. Is it a hotel?

We were told the building was going to be a resort. We were in Aruba in January and it was not finished.

They are highend upscale condomimiums.

I was there in Feb 2005 and it's not even close to being finished. I thought it was some type of new cruise ship terminal building. It was just a skeleton a few weeks ago.

I beleive you are all wrong. It is to be a building for the hut merchents that was displaces when the took down the huts a few years ago. Enjoy!

El Greco is right on the money. I have a friend that lives on the island and he said the same thing, condo's, hotel and stores on the bottom level. I was there 2 weeks ago and it's not near being done yet.

The huts were never removed. It was talked about, but never done. They are condo's, I can guarantee that part. The sign is right there in front describing the project.

I wonder how much the condo's are going for?

They have been building that building for 3 years and it still looks like another 3.
