My opinion is positive.
Those not staying at a beach resort need a restroom and changing area ...and that includes locals as well.
Great news. This is really needed on the island.
This a great addition. I would love to spend a day over on Eagle now and then but facilities are always a concern. I also hope they have an attendant and/or charge for them. The upkeep and water fees have to come from somewhere. I know that may not be a popular opinion, but having an attendant keeps people from being gross.
The selfish side of me is bummed because that is directly back from where we set up camp on Eagle... will probably become more crowded. The good news is it does save us from having to drive back to the rental.
I too am hoping this stays well kept and an asset to the Eagle Beach area.

I think this is a great idea also but I worry about the upkeep of the facilities. I've been in some of these types of facilities in other places I've visited and they're filthy!
Aruba Trip #7.....March 2017..
A little off topic.does anybody know if they opened the bathrooms on arashi beach?we were there in November, they were up but not open
Love it. My BIL has Crohns disease and had his large intestine removed several years ago. When we go to the beach away from the resort he must have facilities. Last year my BIL would not go to Arashi or Eagle because there were no facilities. He wasn't going to go to Casabiri rocks until I told him they had lots of bathrooms for visitors. I am sure there are many people in a similar situation. I cant see a downside to having restrooms at beaches and attractions as long as they take care of them.
