Officially on Vacation

Just thought I'd express a thought or two, and after having looked at some of the posts made by others, Aruba sounds like it's gonna be a nice experience.

I just wrapped up work things, no loose ends left dangling at all, so I won't have anything on my mind other than enjoying my vacation when I arrive. For that matter, as of 4:52pm central time, I'm officially on vacation :-)

This will be my first time visiting Aruba, and I am the kind of traveler who prefers to experience a vacation as it comes. By that I mean just sort of explore without lining up a lot of pre-arranged activity. I am there to relax and enjoy, and am not difficult to please.

That said, I thought I might ask-- if there was a particular must see/do-- what would you say it might be?

In any event, I am looking forward to this trip, which begins on Sunday, and lasts a week.

Regards to The Happy Island,
Bill

Re: Officially on Vacation

Perfect way to experience the island. Look at menus. Consider Marindi, Texas de Brazil, great meat and salad bar. King Ribs is fun. Gasparitos for local food. Enjoy the sun and relax. I love to read and sit by the pool and not think. Enjoy.
