that story brought tears to my eyes. brings wonderful memories of my father. he took me and my daughter (she was 8) to aruba for the first time. we, the next year, all went together again. unfortunately, he wasn't able to go the next year following. he became ill. he made us promise we would go without him. we did and called him frequently from aruba. he passed away this past year, so we will once again do as he asked and travel back. when i go, i see certain things on the beach, in the restaurants and in the hotel that remind me of him. his heart will always be in aruba. he loved it so.
