Non-weekend posting renders a nice thought of attention to Mothers unread on the 14th.

I was reading the message board and I see where you grew up in Aruba I Have been to Aruba 5 times a year for the past 30 years! I had not been to Aruba for awhile in the early 90's because I was living with someone and I always traveled to Aruba alone and the man I was living with at the time did not like hot weather. I recently returned and of course when I was there years ago I had made lots of local friends. One in particular was a man namee Erick Alee He was a security guard at the Holiday Inn and quickly became a long time family friend.We always kept in touch via letters and phone calls but some how we lost touch. I looked him up the last time I was there and even asked about him but could not find his phone number or anyone to give me information about him. Do you know him and if so could you find out if I could have his phone number or an e-mail address. I would love to talk to him again I have not seen him in 14 years and not spoken to him in probulary 12 I have never forgotten him and I would like to think he would remember who I am. THe green eyed blonde from Jersey! Any help you could give me in locating him would be greatly appreciated!

Happy Mothers Day to your family too! We just bought a house in Malmok and hope to be spending more time in Aruba. We've visited every year for the last 15 and figured it was about time to own. Saw your other post about loving Aruba and it's hard to describe why.

Thanks Charles! My wife and I returned to Aruba this past March after not being there for 16 yrs. A lot has happened in 16 yrs that prevented us from returning. We are so happy we returned and hope to be a regular for many more years to come. The memories of spending so many years there on vacation with our family was wonderful. When we returned it was like all our family members were still with us as I guess they were in spirit. We enjoy reading your letters here on this web page and also enjoyed using your phones in Aruba . Will be back next year. Thank you Charles. Larry and Diane

Please keep my E-mail address and if you hear of him please again ask him if I can have a number to call him. I can't believe I was so close to him and his family for so many years and now I can;t find him! Your right I am grateful for the memories But he was such a good friend and we had so many good times! That I can;t believe I lost contact I had his home address and phone number in my address book for years and now I can;t find that address book anywhere I know he lived near the Santa Ana church in Noord I believe and he should be about 57 or 58 years old.
