Are you talking about pancakes as in the ones similar to those in the USA or are you talking about "Pan-Bati" which is a totally different thing? Give me some reference points on where you had it.

I was in Aruba 12/7-12/14 and had breakfast at Linda's twices. As soon as I returned home, I Googled "Dutch Pancake Recipes" and came up with loads of them, all very similar. If you are unable to get the real deal from Linda's, I suggest hitting Google next. I particularly liked her Apple Rum Raisin.....Mmmmmm!
