Papiamento Words of Love

My favorite expression of the feeling of love for someone that I learned from my trips to Aruba is:

Mi ta stigma bo.

Can someone please tell me "exactly" what it means "word to word" and what it really means in your heart. Also, can someone help me with the correct American pronunciation. When I say it it sounds like;

Me ta stigmabooo. Is that correct?

thanks
