Is it true that you have to pay extra for maid service at the marriot ocean club?

yes they only do the rooms every couple of days

If you are an owner using your timeshare for the week you get a mid-week housekeeping service as part of your annual fee. Towels can be swapped anytime for $7. Washers and Dryers are available on each floor. Clean pool and beach towels are provided daily at no charge. If you want full housekeeping the cost is $30 per day Buy 3, get 1 free.

If you reserve the Ocean Club through Marriott, full housekeeping is provided at no additional charge.

It depends on if you want every day full service or not. If you don't want to pay extra then they will come in midway through the week only 1 time and make your beds with the same linens and give you fresh towels. At least thats how they did it at the Surf Club when we were there in January. Last year they only charged us $7.50 per day and this year I noticed that it was around $20-$30.00 per day.

It true if you want tidy serivce everyday. Other than that they clean on wed. and sat.

If you are an owner you get one midweek cleaning included, if you get the meek thru regular Marriott booking you get daily maid service.

It worked out perfect for us! The suites are immaculate to start with, it would take 3 weeks to mess it up! Do you change your sheeta=s at home twice a week? lol

I don't get it !! They charge for everything ! Too many people on a beach that was once beautiful . Now all you see is a soapy film on the water . What a shame. I would avoid and go to the smaller resorts on Eagle beach and pray they don't ruin that beach too. Feel bad for the owners of the marriot when that mess is completed .
