Best thing I did in Aruba is rented a cell phone from arubafastphones dot com. Very reasonable and can be picked-up and dropped off at the airport. No hidden charges or surpises afterward. They even let me use it a extra couple of hours when my flight was delayed - and didn't charge me. One less hassle!!!!
