A first time visit, a quick pic, after a break in the 'it never rains in aruba'

where is this?

pls tell me where it is, we leave for aruba in the morning and i'd like to see it in person.

the ground looks wet :-(

It was south of the cruise ships, on the path around Seaport Market Place.
On my last day, a couple of weeks ago, I took a local bus to capture some early AM pics.
(yes, it does rain on the happy isle...but only for a couple of minutes)

i forwarded the photo to ds who is nautically inclined.
i am guessing something nautical?

we'll be at the ren suites right near there beginning the 16th, so i will ask around.

I did some googling last night, including images and came up with zero. Is it possibly a sculpture?

I think you are correct, it's a nautical tool... it was early the shops were not open...I should
have asked the skipper of the fishing boat.

its a plain ole sculpture that is sitting between the Renn marketplace and the fishing boats for hire.
