Please post recent photos of old Bushiri and old container area

For those in Aruba now or in the near future.....
Would you be kind enough to post a few photos of the old Bushiri and the old container/duty free area?
I am interested in seeing if there are any changes since November.

Also if you are in Aruba now or the near future, ENJOY

    thanks

If I can find it, or if you can find it, there is a video on facebook of a fellow walking through the old Bushiri...
Yeah, it's a mess, but that will happen to a building that's been abandoned for more than 17 years.

    Oh, there it is....

Are there plans to do anything in that area? I know Hard Rock was supposed to build there, but backed out. I seem to remember maybe a concert area but don't remember if that was happening or just speculation.

Only the powers that be in Aruba, and even at that, one has to wonder.

Who is in charge with the emptiest pockets?

As Andrea said, the speculation was an extension of sorts of the linear park, beach would make complete (perhaps too much) sense, and the container area was proposed for concert use.... all of which seems to have evaporated.

I guess the critters have to sleep somewhere, and they might as well have the Bushiri.
Everyone needs a little "luxury" in their lives, even the indigenous animals.

apparently demolition is on an agenda and will get done sometime?
right now it is still demolition by neglect.
it is a terrible eyesore and needs to come down.

remember how many years it took for the old royal cabana and the abandoned water park structures to come down?

Watching this gave me a headache and motion sickness even when I slowed it to quarter speed, so take warning to watch at your own risk.
