Post Cards?

How many people send post cards to friends, family, coworkers, or others?

I have a long list and send about 20-30 cards each time I'm on the island.

Anyone else?

Send a message via Skype™ to Andrea J.
the folks i send post cards too are folks that are housebound/infirmed.
(couple of elderly aunts and a few friends of my parents)

as well as my young nieces.

typically i write them out on the 2nd day
and give them to someone that is flying home before me.

i put USA postage stamps on them
and the person mails them once they are at home.

the postcards sent from aruba take anywhere from 2 weeks to never to get back to the usa.

I always send one to my mom and my aunt. Both live in different states and I don't get to see them that often so they get a postcard from me wherever I go (even if it's just a business trip.) They must have a ton of postcards from Aruba now since we're going on our 20th trip this year but....I still send them.

I haven't received mine yet............

We used to but now every one knows how great it is in Aruba.

Also, we don't write "wish you were here".

I found some new ones at the Holiday Inn gift shop. They have a large white border and a very nice, classy photos in the center. Been sending them.

----- NO! We are usually back and see the people before the postcards would arrive.

Yes, one to my Mom who collects post cards and the area stamps and mail only that one from Aruba. One year we mailed it in Sept and she was tickeled to get it the week of Christmas.....
We purchase any new ones we find for our scrap book and then 10-15 filled out in Aruba but mailed from the States.
