Profile Picture

I've been trying to download a picture to my profile and despite several attempts, I can't seem to do it. I'm not sure why this is? I choose my file and click "SAVE" but nothing happens, no photo downloaded. Any ideas what's wrong?

I would start by making sure you follow the guidelines:

Profile
The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 64.0 KB (whichever is smaller).
Avatar
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 166 by 120 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

So I've tried to download my pic today and it seems to have worked. It's odd as it's the same photos but maybe it was just my computer acting up. Who knows? I am not tech savvy at all so am just glad it worked. It's nice to put a face to the messages I think.

Ok I thought I had downloaded my pic. It shows when I look at my profile details but I notice when I post on a thread, it isn't there. Weird.

Can someone help me and how I add my photo to the thread like most have, i have not beem able to figuer it out....thanks in advance.

hi

you want to add an AVATAR

on left side of page click USER CP
then SETTINGS
then AVATAR

you can choose one of the ones that the ATA supplies or add one from your "pictures".
if you choose to add one of your own , make sure it meets the correct size.
