I was wondering if you know what the prefix TR means on an Aruba license plate, and also what the prefix T means.

NO idea Mike,
I do know that they use simple prefixes such as DT that referes to government and V that refers to Visitor. I would venture a guess that it MAYBE means something along the line of
Truck or transport. Only a guess.
