Why isn't the Hyatt there?

i CAN TELL YOU ABOUT RATE in Paradise Beach Villas- :1) 1-bdrm, from $156-190, per night, but depends on time of the year....we usually add 1-2 day to weeks 51-52, and that`s what we are being charged.

You left out the Hyatt. They are either number one or number two in my book, competing with the Marriott.

Haven't been in al ofthem but the top ones I'd say are or will be when finished due to location, amenities, eye appeal are

Marriot
The Marriot is in no mans land with a poor beach and the 1 bed suites have 1 bath as the Occidental has 2. Hyatt is beautiful but I heard no suites and small rooms pricey.
Radisson is a good location with suites and price is up there...Occidenatl is being fully rehabbed Top location!!
