REAL ESTATE LAWS
In the state of Maryland, if a real estate agent shows you a "for sale" property, you cannot let another agent sell the property to you. Can anyone tell me if this law applies to real estate agents in Aruba?

No it doesn't unless you sign a contract to that effect.

Stay away from letting anyone put up a sign infront of your property unless you have such a contract.
