Staying for the first time at this property, would like to get some information/feedback. Does the private beach have shaded areas/cabanas readily available? Is it overcrowded? When best to get there? etc.

There is plenty of shade, umbrellas,etc. Some days it gets crowded. Take an early boat over.

or take a late boat and stay late everyone leaves by 3:00pm and the sunsets from the island are amazing.

We have been during Sept and Oct and never found it so crowded you couldn't find shade. There were always plenty of chairs. You may not find a little table any where around when you go late but never found that to be a problem.

we stayed there during Pres. week and enjoyed it there. I need the shade. There is plenty. One morn I was the 1st to the island. You will enjoy the pool also. Dunkin donuts is close by and opens at 6:30. Enjoy
