Reservations for Dinner
Our trip to Aruba will be the 1st week in December. Which restaurants should we definitely do and when should we make our reservations?

Why take the chance when you can make reservations in advance for your specific day and time? Others will suggest their "must make reservations in advance" restaurants, but imho, definitely the most popular restaurants: Madame Janette and Flying Fishbone. Flying Fishbone even more so if you want a table for a sunset view on the beach at the water's edge.
