Good job, but I get form letters every day that say the same thing when I file complaints with companies here. They should at least allow a tourist to buy a universal parking sticker when they rent a car.
Agree it's literally telling you what you want to hear, but, isn't that really what the hospitality industry is? Listening, understanding your concerns and doing what you can to help? Which in this case is just forward it to the correct party.
