If you could pick just one restaurant to go to in aruba which would it be and why??

Sole Mare.........Out of this world Pasta and desserts and affordable. Also the fastest service I have experianced on the Island!

Madame Janettes!!!!!! Because the food was excellent and amazing, the service was great and the atmosphere was romantic - you will not be disappointed!

After Madame Janettes, I would suggest El Gaucho or El Trattorio.

Madame Janette's because the food, service and ambience are great! Have been going to the island for over twenty years and this became our favorite when it opened in 1999.

Madame Janette's. It's one of the best restaurants I've been to ANYWHERE, not just Aruba. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is elegant and casual at the same time. There's a singer-guitar player who's been there since it opened who sings and plays very soft, mellow music. I can't wait to return...in just a few weeks!!

Hosatrio's Italiano right across the street from the Hyatt. We absolutely love it! In 8 years we have never had a bad meal and also wonderful service.

Chalet Suisse ! Excellent service, great food. You will lose count of how many people take care of you. We love the Dutch Split Pea soup. Don't take a sip of water, because someone will be there immediately to top you off. End your meal with one of their special coffees (our favorite is the Swiss coffee). They do have a web site. Always a pleasant experience each time we go there.

that's a tough question because all restaurants in aruba are great, and each offer something unique. You really can't go wrong
