Post Review of our first trip - 8/30-9/3

Just returned from our maiden trip to the beautiful island of Aruba. We had a great time, we did Jolly Pirates, Horse riding and lots of beach time. We had dinner at Passion's, FFB, Gianni's & Tomato Charlie's, we also ate at Iguana Joe's (3 times) and Linda's Pancake. I will post a detailed report later in the week but in the meantime feel free to enjoy the pictures posted onthe following:

Feel free to ask any questions you have.

Thanks for posting the pictures. At least we can see the little damage to that great island.

Great photos, thanks for posting. It looks like the rope swing was from Pelican adventures. We have been to Aruba before, but never did any activities except for the pool/beach/dinner. Would the rope swing trip(Pelican Adventures???)be a good thing to do with children aged 10 and 11? How much did it cost?
Thanks

Thank you for sharing your pictures! We're leaving tomorrow for Aruba and I will be sure to share mine when we return! I can't believe how far up the water came when you were at FFB! I guess that was due to Felix, huh? That place was our fave restaurant and we are definitely going back there this week

jcmelly, we did this on our snorkeling cruise on Jolly Pirates, I think the Pelican Adventures boat was just anchored alongside to us. To answer your questions, 10-12 year old kids would have a blast as long as they are comfortable in the water and can swim, it is approx 10 feet deep where we did the rope swing. on our tour we had one kid about the same age and he must have done the rope swing at least 12-15 times as for the cost we paid $88.00 for the 2 of us on their website.

Captain Ini, I wish I had logged in last night to say this to you, best dinner we had was FFB, best service was Passion and yes all that water at FFB was due to FELIX, we dined there on Sunday the day felix hit Aruba.
