That's sad. That area in the median just has the Aruba look and feel, hate to see that go.

I definitely could not live without that crosswalk from Amsterdam Manor to the beach - everyone (except some tourist "V" plates who are not paying attention) slows down and lets you cross, even the bus. LOL! Will be every man for themselves trying to cross the road - not that the road is ever busy but....it would not be good.

I can't see taken the median out as a good thing. We use it all the time.

Simple question. Why???? I looked at the artist rendition this afternoon. They have put up a huge sign near the Divi Phoenix leading toward Costa Linda I am going to take a pic and send it to Andrea who may wish to post it. The artists pic makes it look like any 4 lane freeway in the US or Canada. And yes my local contacts have confirmed there will be no crosswalks. Sheer insanity

Who is the brain trust behind this? Where is Aruba Tourism and AHATA on this.

Here we go folks. The destruction of Eagle Beach

I think the members of Parliament need to step up and explain and clarify.

From what I have read about the budget issues in Aruba the last thing they need is any unneeded expenses that address a problem that does not even exist....
